Also suitable for welding components requiring excellent intergranular corrosion resistance.
Used for welding similar composition of stainless steel and carbon steel and stainless steel dissimilar materials welding, petrochemical industry such as reaction vessel inner wall welding transition metal, or applied to poor toughness of martensitic, ferritic stainless steel welding.
It is suitable for the welding of 07Cr19Ni11Nb and 07Cr18Ni11Nb stainless steels, with common application fields including food processing, medical equipment, pressure vessels, petrochemical industries, etc.
Suitable for welding of 022Cr22Ni5Mo3N, widely applied in petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries.
Rutile-coated Cr19Ni10 stainless steel welding electrodes possess excellent welding process performance and anti-porosity properties. The coating is resistant to red-heating and cracking, and the deposited metal exhibits good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion.
